Role: Lead all aspects of our kitchen operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences. In addition to the core executive chef duties, this role requires specialized knowledge and execution of authentic Chinese cuisine to diversify and enhance our menu.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional culinary experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in both traditional and modern Chinese cuisine (e.g., Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, etc.) - Mandatory
• Formal culinary training or certification from a recognized institution
• Strong skills in menu development, kitchen cost control, and inventory management
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing kitchen team
• Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
• Creative flair for high-end plating and presentation
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
